Spinning is a high energy, low impact 50 minute cycling class led by a motivating instructor with powerful and energiing music, and is suitable for all fitness levels.
TRX Suspention Training exercises develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. You'll leverage gravity and your own body weight to complete a variety of exercises in both our TRX FIT and TRX Strong workouts.
TRX will help you find your strength and earn your better. Classes can be tailored for every fitness level.
Our Combo Classes give you the best of both worlds - two formats in one great class! You may try Spin/TRX, Cycle & Strength or TRX/Yoga!
Mixed Modality Classes
Are you up for a challenge? Give one of our Mixed Modality Classes a try! You never know what you're going to get - it could be a mix of cycle, TRX, body weight, kettle bells, battle ropes, sand bags, and more! Look for these classes on the schedule - The Nooner, HIIT Happy Hour, and The Morning Blitz - for a little 'out-of-the-box' workout!
Perfect for a student who is new to Yoga or looking to continue their practice, we offer two styles of Yoga: Yoga Strength and Yoga Courage.
Yoga Strength is an active and athletic style of yoga, building strength and flexibility while flowing through asana. Some classes may incorporate hand weights for those that want a little more resistance.
Yoga Courage is a Yin-Style practice that is slower in pace and meditative in practice, with poses held for up to five minutes. Yoga Courage is ideal for the athlete that needs to incorporate flexibility into their fitness routine.
