Spinning

 

A high energy 50 minute indoor cycling class, led by motivating instructors with powerful music. A low impact and fun way to improve leg strength and cardiovascular endurance.  Classes can accommodate all fitness levels.


TRX

 

 

TRX Suspention Training exercises develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.  You'll leverage gravity and your own body weight to complete a variety of exercises in both our TRX FIT and TRX Strong workouts. 
TRX will help you find your strength and earn your better. Classes can be tailored for every fitness level.


Cycle & Strength

Take your workout for a ride! Enjoy the cardio benefits of Spinning with the strength building benefits of various weights and equipment. It's a full body workout that is a lot of fun!  All levels welcome.


Spin/TRX

 

The best of both worlds - cardio and strength! Enjoy a mix of exercises on and off the bike.  Prepare for fun and variety, mixing climbs, sprints and flats on the bike  and TRX Suspension exercises  for an action packed 50 minute class.  All exercises can be modified for any level of fitness.


Pound

 

Pound is a new, full body workout that combines cardio conditioning, strength training, with yoga and pilates inspired movements. Using Ripstix (lightly weighted drumsticks), Pound transforms drumming into an incredibly FUN way to workout. You'll enjoy high energy music, unique and easy to follow choreography, and a wonderful Rock Out Workout.  All are welcome to this class.


Piyo

 

PiYo is a hybrid, athletic workout, which combines the mind/body practices of yoga and Pilates, as well as the principles of stretch, strength training, conditioning and dynamic movement.  This is a great combination for those who want the best of both - Pilates and Yoga.
